We offer a quarterly service level agreement so that clients are clear on what they will get for their money and when. The targets we set are not just activity-based, they are also about results.

Our evaluation methodology varies by client. A number of our larger clients use external analysis companies. There are several different types of external monitoring companies, those who analyse share of voice against competitors, those that analyse the company's coverage for impact and message communication, and those that look at attitudinal shift in order to identify changing views within your customer/prospect community.

When carrying out evaluation in-house, our activity ranges from a basic clip count/advertising equivalent ROI up to a complete review of a campaign where we measure how effectively we communicated your messages.
